It is snowing in the districts of Shumen, Ruse, Razgrad, Targovishte, Vratsa, Kardzhali, Montana, Veliko Tarnovo, Silistra, Pernik, Pleven and Sofia. It will continue raining and snowing in Bulgaria during the night.
